These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of foundation.wyde.org (the "Site"), operated by WYDE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-4616267). By using the Site or making a donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About WYDE Foundation

WYDE Foundation is the charitable arm associated with the WYDE platform (wyde.org). We fund charitable causes building on WYDE across financial literacy and education, community development, poverty and hardship relief, and health and well-being.

Donations

  • Donations made through the Site are voluntary gifts to WYDE Foundation.
  • WYDE Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless otherwise stated.
  • Donations are processed by our third-party payment partner, Crowded, and are subject to its terms.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or you notice an unauthorized or duplicate charge, contact us promptly [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith.
  • We will provide a receipt for your records consistent with IRS requirements.

Funding Applications

Submitting a funding application does not guarantee funding. All funding decisions are made at the sole discretion of WYDE Foundation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Site, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, logos, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to WYDE Foundation and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services, including our payment processor and wyde.org. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYDE Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
